Does it need a “leader”? It has an unwavering ideology that has been growing like a cancer for a century in the USA. The ideology has fans worldwide.

The leader is, of course, Satan. But, on earth, it is just an amorphous blob made up of people who have vague marching orders and an imagination.

I can agree to that....."the willing masses"...and do note it's the youth they have captured...the adults are simply those they have to tolerate and push out of the way or tie their hands.... if not on board
