I thought this was interesting:
Rockefeller: The idea (of creating the Trilateral Commission) was incorporated in a speech that I made in the spring of 1972 ... I both attended a meeting of the Bilderberg Group … and was shot down in flames.

Which means Bilderberg group was top dog at least in 1972.

Whomever the group is would have to work like the Chairman of the board. Which they don't need to meet very often in order to lay out over all plans.

No "politician" are actual leaders. They don't have the brains to carry out what they've been doing.
