The Kennesaw Five cheerleaders who were banished from the football field at Kennesaw State during the playing of the national anthem after kneeling during the song in late September will be back in front of fans starting Saturday.

As for the reasons behind the protest, cheerleader Shlondra Young told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, We kneel for equality. We kneel to highlight social injustice and to highlight police brutality and kneel in honor for those who unjustly lost their lives and for those who could not kneel for themselves. We kneel in a city where a Confederate culture still exists amongst some and issues like this are placed on the back burner.

Newton told Yahoo Sports he felt 40 to 45 percent of the campus agreed with the protest, including some faculty. Professors at our school do not like our president right now, he said.
There was even a wave of drama when a student in the school mascot uniform kneeled during a rally. As a student, sure, Ehrhart told the Marietta Daily Journal. But with respect to utilizing the schools mascot, thats inappropriate.

Everybody still loves Scrappy, Newton said. People didnt agree when he took a knee, but at the end of the day, no one is saying Boycott Scrappy.

Those cheerleaders look enslaved there.
Are most blacks always going to be just miserable people?
Black privilege...

When Americans re-elected the Muslim, I lost faith in this country and considered sitting during the national anthem. But love of country overcame my disgust with the Marx-loving Useful Idiots who elected the Soros selectee and I stood.
These stupid girls can wrap their protest in whatever SJ language they choose, but the bottom line is that they do not love the USA.
They will never give up being victims. Then, they would be held accountable for their behaviors and failures. The Bell Curve isn’t a farce.
More snowflakes seeking the spotlight.
Hey dude, don't bogart that joint.
What utter crap.
Have the little oppressed cheerleader describe specific examples of the "Confederate culture" that is so distressing.
I wonder, does the oppression wrinkle her cheerleading uniform?
.
SCHLONDRA?? What is with these black mothers that name their kids such wird names that you KNOW they are black without looking at a picture!!
At least half our country today is walking around with a chip on its shoulder. Black Americans are the chief exemplars of this attitude. It’s hard to say what if any good it might be doing.
YES!....
sad, isn't it...
Sadly, I would do my best to not hire a black. If things don’t go well, it’s because they’re black. Most blacks just hate everything.
Attitude of most is “If it’s a cloudy day, it’s because I am black.”
Well, the first thing is that none of them can spell. Second, they want to be unique. They know most of their little thuglets look alike. And, until they have a criminal record, it will be hard to tell them apart if they are all named Amber or Destiny.
The same party that has been running the cities, where all of the shootings they are protesting occur, for the last five or more decades.
They will never give up being victims. Then, they would be held accountable for their behaviors and failures. The Bell Curve isnt a farce.
Reality is often harsh.
So really it is just a continuation of The World’s Largest Sustained Temper Tantrum Because Trump? Okay, got it.
But we knew that all along, didn’t we?
Despite electing a staunchly pro-American, this country is lost. I’m sorry, but I think it is too late for us now. My heart breaks at the notion.
When I saw the name Schlondra in the article, my first thought was that it was a character in a Mel Brooks movie.
I only counted one person who didn’t just roll out of the meth bed in that picture. Did I miss any more?
