...then he is done politically before Monday morning....
************************************
You are full of crap with your comments. Judge Moore does NOT have to prove his innocence and he wont be done politically before Monday morning. Go hang out with you GOPe & FoxNews buddies and stop trying to spread defeatism here.
Not trying to spread defeatism House Atreides. Its a PR battle and Judge Moore is losing it at the moment. If he doesn’t have good ammunition tomorrow then he will be politically done by Monday Morning. As I have stated before, Judge Moore needed to sit down for an hour with a PR Crisis consultant to craft the message of Denial, admission of dating age of consent “barely-women” and how he is going to explore his legal paths to fight the defamation of his name and character.
Judge Moore only hit one of the three. Unfortuantely, WAPO threw in the other three “age of consent” dates to conflagulate the whole thing with the main accusation. Judge Moore muddied the waters further with his “awkward” answers regarding dateing “age of consent” girls. It was those awkward answers that cast a shadow on his denial. Hence his political life is in jeopardy. This is not defeatism, its realiaty.
Go back to the “P-Tape” and then candidate Trump. He essentially side-stepped the issue of the tape saying it was lockeroom talk and then launched a firery speech (see rally date around 10-13-2016) Around the same time women crawled out of the woodwork and Trump forcibly denied all accusations and threatened legal action against all fals accusers. They disappeared.
There can be no threat against the three legal “age of consent” dates as there is no real harm done, nor defamation as nothing happened except a kiss. (end of date kiss?) But as for the real accusation, Judge Moore needs to pull out the cannons. He has already lost any republican financial backing, as well as other party support. If he can prove that his accuser is falsely pointing her finger then he wins. So yes, Judge Moore needs to find a way to prove his innocence.
Say he wins, the Republican majority Senate will refuse to seat him. Then what?
So, okay, this is Mitch McConnel playing dirty games, this is democrats and the WAPO up to their old tricks...the reality is that it has and will continue to hurt Judge Roy Moore. He will be done by the end of the weekend unless he finds a way to roll back the tide, innocent or not. Its politics, not a court of law.
Sorry for this armchair observation, but that’s how I see it.
