Being an engineer, I stayed away from the arts which I regret.
I was originally a physics major who lost it in my last year to Schroedinger Equations. Mother, a fine arts major, convinced me to switch into History of Art and she was, as usual, right. Never cried in physics classes except in frustration. But a French Impressionist painting that filled the entire front of the auditorium - total tears.

If you don't mind breasts, as some of the FRs seem to, I have a huge subsite on a book of classic French nudes from 1902. The book originally belonged to my grandmother, who had studied with the sculptor Lorado Taft at the Art Institute in Chicago. Mother studied in his studio, as I did in my time.
I was experimenting with the problem of how to make a website of a book as easy to navigate as holding a physical book in your hand, so there are multiple ways of looking at the same book, as well as in-depth sections on each of the artists mentioned in the book.
