Any statues of limitations for rape of a minor? I imagine I will learn that CA has them to protect Hollywierdos.

A few years back California eliminated the statute of limitations for cases where the victim could show a pattern of abuse over a period of time.

This was basically to address the cases where children were abused (in most cases by a close family member or adult acquaintance) and were too scared/reluctant to report the crimes as a child.
