You haven’t kept up. Ruger makes an AR-15, just like every other major American gun manufacturer. It is the most popular style of rifle in America. Maybe not in your area, but certainly in the free states.

The Ruger AR15 is actually a pretty nice gun.
Had a chance to buy one recently from a friend, but waited a couple days too long to decide.
