Well, Langendorf did give a ride to the man who exchanged fire with Kelley and deserves much credit for his bravery and selflessness, but what about the man who actually got into a firefight with Kelley?
Is no one paying attention to what Langendorf really said? Who is the mystery man who picked up a rifle and went after Kelley with it?
