It appears to me that the female talking head has an agenda. She also doesn’t know that a Baptist church is referred to as a congregation and not a parish. Most Baptists I know cringe to hear themselves referred to as “parishioners” or as a “parish”. Moreover, she referred to Buck Sexton as Buck SAXTON. She appears as unprepared and not experienced. Maybe it is her first time to handle breaking news.

I’m in San Antonio and also wondering the same thing, but Open Carry doesn’t mean everyone carrying shows their weapons. There is also concealed carry here. With that being said, those rules only apply to law abiding citizens... not crazed criminals/terrorists. Maybe it was some gun free zone church? I know my big church is allegedly gun free but we have massive police/security presence and lots and lots of current and retired military so... I suppose there are lots of guns in boots within the membership...and I’m 100% okay with it. This is such a tragedy. My gut tells me Islamic dude or radicalized American did this. Note: they haven’t released the name even though the shooter is DOA. Listening to the news “what would the motive be”? Duh. Terrorize Christians.

Weekdays they are more neutral/right on certain shows, but comes the weekend they go hard nutso left on most everything. We turn to OANN on the weekends.

In fact, I did hear one of the reporters mention that it is probably time for churches to arm up.
If open carry or concealed carry is to be fully successful, church would be included.
You say this was a local shooter with a grudge. Conjecture, or do you know something?

They’ve been alluding to it, and tap-dancing around it, but not saying the exact words. About 10 minutes ago, Eric Shawn just said “it might be time to look at laws” — or something like that. The implication clearly was gun control laws.
Both Ted Williams and Arthel Neville are from the deep south, and aren’t completely anti-gun since they “get it”.
Might be time to look at laws? Not directed at you MayflowerMadam; but laws don’t stop crazy people from getting firearms, or a truck, or some kind of biological agent, or knives, or bombs, or thousand other ways to kill lots of people that I can’t think of.
It really is irritating when the so-called media talks about things they don’t understand. Mass murder is something they will never comprehend nor have a clue about how to stop it; mostly because it can’t be stopped. Possibly discouraged but I wouldn’t even put money on that.
All true. And the Dems already are calling for more gun laws.
