Cooking channel is in the Lifestyle add on thingy. The Blue package does include Food Network, though.

Introduce your wife to the enormous varied video cooking options on YOUTUBE. Been watching Laura in the kitchen. Over 1260 videos (6 - 18 minutes) and counting. Your wife could binge watch on this channel alone.
