I just did Early Voting at the County Building downtown. I could not believe the ballot. Fair?

I turned to the first page. It said to Choose one of the following.
Mayor
Peter Aman
Rohit Ammanamanchi

Two names in big 40 font Arial Bold.
Where are the other names?

Then, in pastel font on pastel background in fine print at the bottom behind a plastic screen with smudges on the inside of the plastic so I could not clean it, the fine print said: More candidates on the next page.

Sure enough. The other 9 Candidates were on the next page.

I will bet that a large number of voters will just see the two names on the first page and vote for one of them, thinking they are the only two actually on the ballot.

Fair?
