Thanks to the government-connected corporate and government collectives, some volks and their pets are treated like people, while their human neighbors from the shrinking, true private sector are dying like beasts.

I would love to know how that, “abuse” story ended.
I don’t begrudge anyone who wants to spend their money however they wish. However, I don’t understand some folks priorities.
