Ha! Ha!

I’m no lawyer but I thought it had to be proven that there was at least an attempt to commit a murder before it can be proven there was a conspiracy to commit the murder.

I sure would have thought.

If the DA's office was counting on a guilty verdict on the first case, to scare all the rest into settling out of court, then they are in big trouble.

There are probably over a hundred Civil cases so far.
