Who would hire engineer who pays no attention to company policy by making videos inside a company facility of an unreleased product so his Valley Girl daughter can get some clicks on YouTube?
This is an opportunity for Apple’s competitors to benefit from Apple’s obsession with secrecy.
I sincerely doubt if he can be hired by Apples competition. Im quite certain Apple has hefty non-compete clauses in their employment contract which generally remain in effect for up to 5 years after the employment arrangement has been severed. If such a clause was in place, Samsung, Google, etc wouldnt want to touch him with a 10 foot pole. That and the very basic fact that he violated company confidentiality by allowing his daughter access to privileged company information and allowed her to film it.
The story totally ignores the hate comments she received on her youtube video of her shopping with her mother.......that;s the REAL story.
