Love bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos. Any stuffing suggesting besides cream cheese?

Yes.
Cut the stems off, then clean out the peppers with a potato peeler. Place peppers in a bowl of salt water overnight to knock down the heat a bit.
Start with:
1/2 whipped cream cheese. Amount depends of number of peppers. (Half a tub of whipped cream cheese mix works for 20-25 peppers, in my experience.)
To make the mix, add a like amount of mayonnaise, a couple of spoons of chopped garlic and a spoon or so of chopped horseradish into the cheese. Add green onions if you like.

Cut one pound of bacon in half and zap in a microwave covered with a paper towel.

After the peppers are stuffed, or just as you stuff them, wrap the peppers in half a slice of bacon (no need to over do it with the bacon.)
Place in a black iron skillet lined with tin foil. Lightly oil the tin foil with a bit of olive oil or similar veggie oil.
Bake at 350 covered in another layer of tin foil for 20 minutes. Remove the tin cover and bake another 20-25 minutes.
