To: Eric in the Ozarks

I’ve found a couple ‘channels’ on youtube which are broadcasting live news. That’s right, live.

There are tons of issues they are demonstrating, how does each channel become an actual source of useful information? This is however, fascinating.

Still (very) early in the process, but very, very interesting.

This I believe is the next big thing. Could obliviate television. Including football.

Or not. But I’m sold on this. I currently keep cable on in the background all the time, but never actually watch it. The ‘off’ switch is becoming more, and more tempting.

Dropped my cable last Feb. Took about 3 weeks to adjust, but I’ll never go back now. Having no cable bill is awesome. Kept my internet so I can still surf news and information. Saving about 1500 a year.
