On January 13, 2014, Manuel Ramos was acquitted of second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the 2011 death of Thomas. Jay Cicinelli was acquitted of involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force.
Acquittals? As I recall, it was all on tape. Where did they find the jury? TJ? I felt so bad for the father of that poor man. That was totally unnecessary. I hope they lost their jobs at least???? Probably not as long as they were acquitted, they would have sued!!!
