Over the Summer, Harry reported the hottest gossip in Waco for three years, the case of the dead DA’s investigator and ex U.S. Marshall, Mike McNamara, who was also the brother of Parnell McNamara, our Sheriff not to mention brother of the Sheriff. Who the hell knew?

On Wednesday, Broden filed a motion seeking to have the State of Texas held in contempt of court and suffer sanctions for failing to adhere to earlier court orders. Broden, who represents Matthew Clendennen, of Hewitt, one of 154 bikers indicted in the May 17, 2015 shootout that left nine dead and more than 20 injured, has asked the 54th District Court to hold the district attorney and his office in contempt and levy sanctions against prosecutors because on Sept. 15, during a pretrial hearing “the state agreed to and the court ordered the state to…provide the defense with a ‘realistic’ exhibit and witness list by October 17; and…provide the defense with an expert witness list and to specifically identify “gang experts” by October 17,” Broden’s earlier motion says.
