I’ve read about what a perv Alfred Hitchcock was. In his movies he always picked the same-looking type woman, beautiful patrician-looking blondes—Kim Novak, Eva Marie Saint, Grace Kelly, Tippi Hedren. Doris Day was the only one who didn’t quite fit the mold.
Hitchcock did the perv director routine with all his leading ladies but he REALLY went after Tippi Hedren. He was sexually abusive and just plain nasty abusive to Tippi, because she firmly rejected his advances. Finally, Tippi had it out with her abuser and Hitchcock said “You’ll never work in this town again!” And at that point, her career essentially ended. I admire her courage.
The ones who are no better than other women who sell their bodies for money and fame are the ones who agreed to the deal, and didn’t warn other women.
Had it been my daughter, she would have screamed loud and long when it happened, and perhaps the next set women would have been forewarned.

Remember a few summers ago when we had a new “blockbuster” every weekend.
Now, most are simply bad remakes of old classics and/or high-tech, “aren’t Gays wonderful,” anti-American, special effects cartoons. The current “Murder on the Orient Express” is atrocious and doing its well-eserved horrible box office. Likewise, the attempt to remake “Blade Runner” was an artistic and commercial disaster.
Hollywood abandoned America and it’s values. Now we are catching up by abandoning them. All we are doing is returning the favor.

Are you kidding me? You are not paying attention. Corey Feldman was vilified by Barbara Walters years ago for calling Hollywood full of them, he blames Corey Haim’s death on it (destroyed him emotionally). He starts talking about it again and gets arrested (I firmly believe to threaten him to shut up). Elijah Wood basically said he managed to avoid it only because his mother was very vigilant and didn’t let him be about on his own. Any place there are vulnerable kids, there are predators believe me.
Most of them can be dismissed as "has beens" or "not yets" or "never weres" if that's what you want to do, but it's the nature of the industry and the profession that there isn't much room at the top.
And those who didn't make it to the top may not have made it because they didn't give in to Harvey.
Why attack the ones who say what Harvey was like and who say that they didn't give in to him?
If you have to trash somebody, trash the ones who gave in and aren't criticizing Weinstein.

They all make exceptions, for ‘muh career’. Incredible, a director tweeted about Weinstein that what he did was horrible, but what he found even worse was him recutting old movies! Very superficial people who seem to really not care a whit about other people.

You may be ok legally, but that does not pass the smell test ethically. Do you tell your clients you talk about them in internet chat rooms? Do they know you think they are slutty, dirty little girls. I am sure they would appreciate that characterization.
