I'll call your "Walking In The Rain" and raise you "And The Band Played On (Down Among The Dead Men)".

This band had a lot of great, haunting songs that perfectly defined the late 1970s era for me.

Getting back to "Walking In The Rain", I was just a teenage in the summer of 1979 when that song was in heavy rotation on the local college station. One hot, muggy night, I couldn't get to sleep so I snuck out of my house in the middle of the night just after a thunderstorm and went for a long walk through my urban neighborhood with lightning in the distance. That song was going through my head at the time as I walked the wet, dark streets. And no, I wasn't dressed as a woman by the way!
