Center for Security Policy President Frank Gaffney joined SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam on Wednesdays Breitbart News Daily to talk about the latest revelations regarding the Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee, the politicized Obama Justice Department, and actual collusion with Russia in the 2016 presidential campaign. Gaffney said the current news environment provided a target-rich environment for punditry, but was regrettably hard on the country.
I particularly am thinking of this dossier business and the attacks on Donald Trump that have been relentlessly pursued, he said. Interestingly enough, with the help in some cases more than just help, the active participation of some people who have prominently featured in an actual case of Russian collusion at the highest levels of the United States government.

How is this nut’s opinion Breaking News?
People eally need to pump the brakes. We do not know what Mueller or Sessions are actually doing or have done.
That’s not what Weasel Mueller says.
He has investigated himself and was found to be above reproach.
Have done?
Sessions: not much
Weasel Mueller? Coverup after coverup
Yes, at this point in the game, how does Mueller come out of this?
Is he a prosecutor or a defendant?
I think he could be both....
You may see an unprecedented level of prosecutorial vigor as Mueller seeks to be the agent that crucifies this historic crime, and sees justice done as the population demands -— perhaps if only to save himself.
If there is any justice at the ‘just-us’ department then it is Mueller who will soon be hiring a defense team.
Well, that’s the narrative, but give me facts please. What do you actually know with certainty? Perhaps the narrative is correct. Or, perhaps there is a lot more going on than we are privy to at this point. i readily admit I don’t know. I simply urge caution.
We do know that Session has recused himself.
We do know that Mueller did nothing about Uranium One when he was FBI director and he is compromised.
how does Mueller come out of this?
________________
Awhile back, there was a call to fire Mueller. Seeing how this investigation has done a 180 on the Dems, I am quite certain they would like to fire Mueller now and stop special counsel from investigate any further. If I could predict the future, which is totally uncertain, I see the investigation coming to an abrupt stop to prevent Comey and Hitlary and many other of both parties from being thrown out of office and/or jailed.
In other words, you don’t know anything other than the narrative that we’ve all heard for months. Let’s see how it plays out before making assumptions or demands. Investigations like this take time.
We do know that Mueller did nothing about Uranium One when he was FBI director and he is compromised.
In other words, you dont know anything other than the narrative that weve all heard for months.
Narrative? I have you two facts. Address them.
Islamic Supremacists. An accurate term we should use.
What Mueller is now doing is entirely immaterial. That he was a party to concealing or withholding critical information from members of the CFIUS committee is more than enough to render Mueller completely compromised and disqualified. As an attorney and in his present role, all that’s needed to disqualify him is the APPEARANCE of impropriety.
Those are headlines without details. You don’t know the facts behind the scenes. And neither do I. All I am saying is let it play out before jumping to conclusions.
Perhaps he has been given immunity and is playing a part. We don’t know. I’m an attorney so I know something about the ethics rules. I also know something about investigations, having been involved in them.
No those are facts.
Let's start with the Sessions confirmation hearings....
Mr. Chairman, it was a highly contentious campaign. I, like a lot of people, made comments about the issues in that campaign. With regard to Secretary Clinton and some of the comments I made, I do believe that that could place me objectivity in question. I've given that thought. I believe the proper thing for me to do, would be to recuse myself from any questions involving those kind of investigations that involve Secretary Clinton and that were raised during the campaign or to be otherwise connected to it.
GRASSLEY:
OK. I think, that's -- let me emphasize then with a follow up question. To be very clear, you intend to recuse yourself from both the Clinton e-mail investigation and any matters involving the Clinton Foundation, if there are any?
SESSIONS: Yes.
It's one thing to be given "immunity". It's another thing to be put in charge of an investigation and prosecution, in a case where you were given immunity.
Who is disputing that?
