My thoughts exactly. The Toons have left a very long body trail behind them protecting them from prison. Let us hope this is real...this time.

Exactly. It may also be due to testimony before a Grand Jury.

I would think that The Swamp already knows who the informant is, so I would think the answer to your question is, "no".
