The undercover agent with the Texas Department of Public Safety who installed a surveillance camera on a pole outside of the Twin Peaks restaurant at the Central Texas Marketplace the morning of the shooting returned to the stand Thursday and the jury was shown the footage, piece by piece.

Because DPS always installs cameras moments before shootings. Betcha Red Boots and the other undercoverss are conveniently outside the camera view when the fight breaks out.

The prosecution’s witness said he was one of four agents who had planned on going inside the restaurant in plain clothes to do surveillance, help Waco police in case something did happen, and gather intelligence about the biker world, which he said he didn’t know much about at the time

Four undercovers for "help" just in case and I have a bridge for sale. And we're supposed to believe they sent in a guy who di'int know nuffin.

they were supposed to meet at the Flying J truck stop on Interstate 35, but there were too many bikers there

Yeah, out of all the places in Waco to meet, they just happened to pick the one place where there would be lots of bikers... to arrest for nothing but for wearing colors.

the group of four who were supposed to go inside the restaurant, pulled out for safety reasons.

Right after egging the fight to begin.

Were you approached by law enforcement before the meeting?
