I think your comment about shooting alot means that your observations of the behavior of various targets that YOU shoot is NOT consistent with what you have been told by the presstitues and the US gov't. There are good, sound reasons for that.
The gubermint and their lone nut proponents hang their hats on MOMENTUM and the "fact" that a bullet does NOT transfer very much momentum to a target and hence a target shot will not necessarily have a reaction in the same direction as the projectile was traveling. Hence, it is reasonable that JFK's head could go BACK AND TO THE LEFT when the shot allegedly came from the rear.
HERE IS WHY THAT IS WRONG!
A bullet that does NOT hit bone does NOT require very much energy to go through a body BUT a bullet that blows out bone does require energy to blow it out.
Examples in the JFK assassination that required a significant amount of energy to exit the body:
1. JFK's head shot blew out large amounts of bone
2. Connally's shot to his back blew out about 10 cm of one rib and then hit his wrist bone.
A wound that did NOT transfer much energy as it did NOT hit any bone

A bullet's kinetic energy is given by KE = 1/2 * MASS * (velocity squred
A bullet's MOMENTUM = MASS * VELOCITY
Because a bullet must transfer energy to the traget to destroy bone, that means it MUST slow down because the energy comes from the moving energy (KINETIC ENERGY) of the bullet.
Because the bullet slows down it means momentum is transferred to the target WHICH MEANS the target (either Connally or Kennedy) MOVES in the same direction as the shot was fired.
In Connally's case, he ALWAYS said "the force of the blow (to my back) bent me over. Listen to Connally say that during his Warren Comm. testimony:

The next question to answer is WHEN IS CONNALLY BENT OVER?
These two frames from the Zapruder film, Connally's head has gone from mostly vertical to down. The first is frame 324 the second is frame 327. I drew lines through the back of Connally's head because the blurr of Zapruder's film is so bad it hides one of the quickest movements in the entire Zapruder film. WHY doesn't Bugliosi in RECLAIMING HISTORY address Connally's rapid head movement which begins a split second AFTER JFK's head shot? The simple answer is the gubermint told him it was due to Nellie pulling him into her lap. Looking at the two frames shows that Nellie could NOT have slammed Connally's head forward, there has to be another reason. Remember, John Connally said the "force of the blow to my back bent me over." That is exactly what you see.
Simarily, JFK's head and upper body are driven back and to the left definitely from a shot that was fired from the right front of President Kennedy. You can say definitely because it took energy from the kinetic energy of the bullet which means momentum of the bullet was transferred to JFK's head and upper body.
It's so easy to lie to Americans because most will believe almost anything the presstitutes tell them to believe.
And this GIF shows that there is credible proof that the last TWO shots were fired 0.7 seconds apart (BANG-BANG)

Shot #5 (which missed JFK's head) hit Connally in the back which bent him over.
If you watch a slow motion of the entire Z film during the shooting, it should now make more sense what you are seeing. Note the fact John Connally is NOT bent over until a split second AFTER JFK is shot in the head.
