These trials should have been over by now. Where is the justification of constant delay? Get them before a judge and jury and be done with it already!
I haven’t been keeping up with all this as it goes through the court system.
Can someone who has please paraphrase where we are at in all this please.
If possible; please keep the bias one way or the other out of it. Just the straight up facts as they are at this point please.

This is your typical Lazy, self serving (God like Complex) Prosecutor that is dragging this out as far as he can to financially ruin the defendants or force them to plead out their cases.
Otherwise the cases go to trial and the Prosecutor loses and looks the fool he is.
He is after a guilty plea on some reduced charges (soon to follow) so he can claim a high rate of conviction during re-election.
That’s my personal opinion based on “experience” dealing with assholes like him. Facts don’t matter, it’s about saving face politically now.
I hope the Prosecutor ends up getting Nifonged including having his law license yanked.
