Card was confined to his seat due to an imminent departure of the flight.... He then alerted the airline crew, who according to the suit, refused [his] request to relocate his seat. Seriously? What a total wuss. This can't be the first time he's been tinkled on if that's his attitude. No, he should have started hollering and cussing the drunk out and getting out of his seat no matter what the little lighted sign might have said. The pilot would just have to abort take off and deal with the situation immediately. United had darned well better get him cleaned up and in a new pair of pants and put him in first class on the next flight. But, no, now they'll be paying for a new house, a new car, a complete new wardrobe and first class tickets for life.

Exactly. If a drunk is about to urinate on you, jump up and loudly call attention so smartphone videos start rolling.
The absurd adherence to this safety procedure is utterly ridiculous. This innocent passenger should have leapt out of his seat.
