We all liked the Stone Poneys while I was overseas.

I've kept all her vinyl records, and have reel-to-reel tapes saved off ~1971 TV's "Good Time Hour" when she appeared with Glenn Campbell.

When I need to reflect on what a great voice she had, I get them out. "Different Drummer" accompanied a tough breakup.

Oh yes...One of those vinyl records has a brief children's melody squeezed onto a track.

"[Midnight]'s the only bronc I could not ride. Now they tell me Midnight's blind. He only rides the children for a dime."

Linda sings this to bring tears! So sad...
