When I was a kid, I used to scan the arrest records in my small town newspaper, and I remember numerous citations for Public Profanity. These days you can’t go outside your house without hearing profanity at some point.
I was surprised when I heard that last night. Not just once but twice. Disappointed really.
Pedowood is trying to normalize the F word on tv now. They can’t do it on broadcast tv but they are doing it on all the cable channels and other pay channels.
The left are experts at incrementalism. All part of the plan to degrade and demoralize the USA to achieve a larger agenda.
The part I find funny is promoting this black female captain as a role model. Hyper-emotional, vague to the point of endangering crew, unstable, assaulting fellow officers, ends up in prison - and you’re holding her up as someone we should respect and emulate?
A female Captain like Sisko, strong, certain, capable would be a good addition to the franchise. The STD captain is horrible; watch the first episodes and say she got there by affirmative action instead of capability and shouldn’t be there at all. Or think we don’t need women like that in the military at all.
First I’ve heard that there is a new ST series.
I saw a photo a couple of weeks ago of the entire cast “kneeling” in suipport of what the black players in the NFL are doing. I watched the first episode, which was before the kneeling; but, I will not ever watch another one. Perhaps, I am not alone and they are trying to create some controversy to get eyeballs back on the show. We will see.
This is a crappy show. I stopped watching after the first two episodes. At least Enterprise felt like Star Trek. This? No. It’s just cultural Marxism in space.
You know it’s bad when the most sympathetic character is Voq the Klingon.
I liked it (f bombs). A bit of realism.
So I think I understand how the teleportation spore drive works, you know mushrooms? Well what you didn’t know is that their roots or root equivalents or whatever extend into a subspace domain all across the galaxy so you can use them to travel instantaneously. It makes almost as much sense as that one time on Voyager when Janeway and Paris traveled at infinite speed which made them turn into iguanas and mate and have tadpoles.
They were using this giant size water bear (real life microscopic animals that can survive extreme conditions, don’t ask me how it got so big or whether it was an alien version) aka the monster which is actually only hostile in self defense (RIP retarded security chick from episode 2) to navigate cause it can like absorb mushroom DNA or something. But it didn’t like doing it and they think it was sentient so the fag dude (Rapp aka Lt. Whogives a damn) injected himself with whatever so he could do it. You know this ends in spectacular failure since this technology is never mentioned in the next 200 years.
I was thinking the Black doctor seemed kinda gay but I though naa they ain’t gonna have 2 stereotypical seeming gays. He seemed to be antagonistic with Rapp. Surprise surprise, in the last scene of ep 5 they are using sonic toothbrushers together, they are in looooove. Barf. At least they didn’t kiss or anything, they did the old manly back slap thing that they used to make gays on TV do before they allowed them to kiss, weird.
Rapp’s reflection stayed in the mirror when he left the room, grinning like an idiot, that’s a weird side effect for you.
The Harry Mudd appearance happened. Not really reminiscent of the previous actor but interesting, not really much of him though. Lorca was captured by Klingons and he was there on the prison ship. Also this dude who was getting raped by a female klingon, and we’re not talking about sexy B’Etor here these Klingons chicks are even fuglier than the dudes. That would have been interesting to explore but they didn’t really, they rescued him so maybe later.
Sounds like Lorca could get his eyes fixed (light sensitivity) but won’t because of retarded masochistic/martyr reasons.
