He wasn’t hired because he, like Michael Sam, has no real talent.

You mean that they really really want to hire him, and welcome his America-hating antics into their businesses, but have all agreed not to? It must be killing them to let such an opportunity pass them by just because of a pinky swear.

Well-played. We’d give a Kaepernick jersey to burn but none of us want to touch one. You know, in case that liberalism disorder is a pathogen.

Tell me about it, you cannot force a business to hire someone who will harm that business no matter what their race is but I assume his lawyer is going to pull the race card ANYWAY which is a joke since Kaepernjerk is about as black as Donny Osmond. A biological white mother and supposedly a black drop and run dad, I say supposedly because his mother won’t be specific with him which to me suggests she could have been raped. To me he looks more middle eastern than black.

He QUIT!

What is so funny about is that when Kaperdick began is little tantrum last year, the NFL high brass and many owners supported him. They went out of their way to cater to this jerk. Now this jerk is suing them. Just desserts!
Had the NFL thrown this raghead out in the streets the first time he pulled his kneeling stuff, the NFL would not be in the situation it is in now.

And here I was hoping for Donny Osmond to play........
Or Marie. She dropped 50 lbs with that $375-a-month food (maybe $275 with fewer options).
