Well yer a black redneck, you oughtta know.
Actually it’s partly a matter of language. What we are calling “conservative” today embraces, as part but not all of it, a sector of people that we used to know as old fashioned, godly liberals.
When the secular world grabbed the liberal mantle and stole it (becoming very illiberal as it did so, because it had no God — it could only rob Peter to pay Paul) then it gave “liberal” itself a bad name, when that once was a good thing to call someone.
I say, let’s get “liberal” back just like we ought to get “gay” back. By not being afraid to use it in the right way.
For example: I’m liberal. I’m gay. But I’m not a socialist! I’m not homosexual! I get it all through the Lord and it’s holy — every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of lights.

Ya know, it’s such a sad crying pity that the world thinks of power in terms of hell... not of heaven.
Well, heaven has gotten a bad rap. A rap it doesn’t deserve. As something weak, insubstantial. The home of sky pixies and insubstantial clouds and wimps playing little delicate harps. But its king, Jesus, knows what that’s like. He got a bad rap too.
If I had to make a picture of heaven, it would be full of 5 megawatt amps and grinning guitar players belting out the loudest glory hallelujah music and Satan would wince at every note.
Let’s have fewer FAKE liberals... the run of the mill in the secular world today... and give that a HEAVEN yeah.
