They're going to ban bump stocks -- no question. The goal at this point is to get the horrendous language regarding maintenance and enhancement removed from the final version. If enough calls come in they *might* settle for just banning bump stocks.

Friggin Massholes. Glad I don’t live there anymore, but the effers screwed up our election.
The Republican Establishment and their cronies at the National Rifle Association have given license to this notion of “bump stocks” needing to be regulated.
Nonsense.
Constitutional Carry and a real Second Amendment with no abridgement is the back stop of our liberty.
Even HilLIARy’s admitted her proposed ban would do no good
Really? You wonder what our fine AG is going to do about it?
She will use it as an excuse to confiscate or ban even more weapons. I mean...go to a gun store. You can buy a pump shotgun and a single shot hunting rifle.
That’s about it.
Our state is a lost cause. The only way to defend yourself is to risk being a felon.
Why does Massachusetts always, it seems, have to rush out there with such ridiculous or simpleton legislative proposals or regulations? Don’t they have any people who can think things through rationally?
...if a bolt-action rifle is modified so that the bolt can operate with more ease, or less friction, it could be considered a felony....
And that is the precisely case when a $15.00 part is added to a US 1917 30.06 Enfield that allows the rifle to be cocked on the pull back bolt ejection of a spent cartridge instead of the factory set cocking of pushing the bolt forward to load the next round.
...if a bolt-action rifle is modified so that the bolt can operate with more ease, or less friction, it could be considered a felony....
It also includes another $20.00 part that prevents the M1 Garand bolt from accidentally springing forward prematurely when a new, loaded 8 round clip is inserted. This part holds the bolt firmly back when loading and prevents the dreaded M1 thumb.
So funny. So they gonna ban rubber bands ?
