That would be 7 MHz - 8MHz.
I’m sure they mean 7.000 and 8.000 kHz.
My supposition is that it was the audio version of Hillary’s Book “What Happened” read by the author herself but sped up to ultra-high frequency. Oh, wait, that is her natural tone.

I was in a bad car accident in February. The resulting concussion has left me with tinnitus that sounds like that. The other symptoms mentioned also fit concussion problems. Maybe the sounds out of the audible range caused a concussion of some sort? Just thinking out loud....
