How sad that you make statements like this without even knowing the facts. He has been in the senate since 2007 so it is hardly “a lifetime”
“In 1978, Corker founded a construction company, which he sold in 1990. He ran in the 1994 U.S. Senate election in Tennessee, but was defeated in the Republican primary by future Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist. Appointed by Governor Don Sundquist, Corker served as Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee from 199596. He later acquired two of the largest real estate companies in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before being elected the 71st Mayor of Chattanooga in 2000; he served one term as mayor from 200105.
Corker announced his candidacy for the 2006 U.S. Senate election in Tennessee after Frist announced his retirement. Corker defeated Democratic Representative Harold Ford, Jr. in the general election, with 51% of the vote. In 2012 Corker was re-elected, defeating Democrat Mark E. Clayton, 65% to 30%.”

Corker was considered as both a possible VP and possible Secretary of State by Trump.
Additionally a quick search of his voting record this year shows he has pretty much voted the way the president wanted on everything.
[How sad that you make statements like this without even knowing the facts.]
I correct myself on the years spent in the SENATE. Other than that, I stand on my comment. A person is known by his doings.
Additionally a quick search of his voting record this year shows he has pretty much voted the way the president wanted on everything.
Additionally, anybody following the news the past few weeks should know Corker has been dropping unsolicited and demeaning FU’s on a POTUS of his own party. Corker started this fight. Not POTUS.
IF the GOPe wants civil war they shall have it. The corportist wing of the GOP is a malignant force in these historic times. It will reform or die. It’s that simple.
