Shareholder-driven companies cannot withstand a non-conforming workforce of entitled youth who rebel against merit-based seniority-driven hierarchies of authority.

There is a solution to that problem...thinking about writing about it post-retirement (after I leave the organization with the not-so-merit based seniority-driven hierarchy of authority). :-)
