Has law enforcement been able to check his medical records?
Not to presume, but a man his age, may well have seen a doctor to get prescription drugs to carry on with this girl, if you get my meaning. Which would then lead us to a trail of other prescriptions or other medical issues, perhaps??
And maybe mental or physical problems led him to massacre people???

And/or treatment for STDs as resulting from such carrying on.
According to everything I’ve read, he was taking Valium-if he was taking a chill pill that heavy duty, at least one shrink thought he was mentally ill-he was one stone cold psycho-he might have been taking some psychotropic drugs as well.
Also-as a woman around his age, I can tell you that not that many older guys need or use Viagra, Cialis, etc-I don’t know any who do-neither T5’sguy or any of the ones I work with use those drugs...
