I was going off reports it was diazepam, or Valium.

Her procedure was on a Friday afternoon and she had taken them (2 ea. 10mg)right before I left the office to pick her up because she was told not to drive. After being together the rest of the weekend, when I came home Monday, she was asking me things that we had discussed at length over the weekend. She had no recollection of the discussions.
OK so she took them on Friday afternoon after the procedure & that was the only time she took them?
Then blanked out for two days/the weekend, and thereafter would go off about little things, for the next two weeks?
Good grief, that stuff is bad news!
I have seen that kind of a pattern in some people, and wondered why they were like that.
then come to find out, they had been prescribed benzodiazepenes/Xanax/etc and were taking the pills like they would an aspirin, not realizing the effects of stopping them & not talking off.
