I think the MLB learned their lesson (and hopefully remember it) with the players’ strike. Took them years to recover from that.
Next season. Remember though that baseball is popular outside of the US, and loved by many who are not white, male, conservatives.
So it may be a bit longer.
After the NFL dies, they will be attacking something else. They have to.
This will be another cut to city finances. Don’t speed, the radars will be out looking to make up the difference.
Circa 1930, the NFL was a clown show and College Football was the real thing. We could return to that situation easily.

America would already be great again.
We could have had colonies in space and on the moon, and be mining the asteroids.
All of our electricity generation could be in space....
But no, billions of dollars and hours wasted down the spectator sports toilet.

They haven’t lost the core. They can live if ratings don’t continue down and stay down. I predict most boycotters are already out and the decline is almost over.

There are several factors all combining at once to pull it down:
* players virtue signalling how they hate this nation and its symbols based on lies that police are targeting blacks for murder
* the leaking of stories about the concussions and lifetime of damage it causes
* the high cost of tickets and viewing while they demand ever more money from people to build stadiums, along with obscene profits as a non-profit
* the half time shows that serve as a slap in the face to everyone’s morality, another sign “we hate you and your values”

The fans should not let the NFL try to "stall" them out. Even if the television networks deprive the players of their platform by not showing the playing of the national anthem, meticulous records should be kept of all protesting players and teams, and the offenders should be called out frequently, publicly, and loudly. And not only the NFL, but its sponsors and advertisers should also be boycotted, along with ESPN and their ilk. All Leftist instigators must be made to feel the heat.
Fans should also continue to burn clothing and memorabilia and post their upload their protests to YouTube.
