I suspect the reason the investigation is moving so slow is because the FBI is trying to cover up all the links between the shooter and FBI informants that likely set everything up and chose the target.

We need to change the narrative away from gun control by demanding a special prosecutor investigation of the involvement of the FBI in several mass shootings in recent years. We need to see how illegal gunrunning operations such as fast and furious are still being used to sway public opinion on the second amendment. If we don't get independent investigation as a result of this shooting then we still lose even if we block all new gun control.
