That there has been so little forthcoming officially on this it creates a vacuum for speculations to fill.
I think all of us are trying to wrap our heads around what happened. I think some of the investigators probably know what motivated the guy, but the rest of us can only speculate.
I speculate he was an ANTIFA-type character.
