MOBILE, Alabama (WKRG) — According to Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports will no longer be airing the national anthem before NFL football games due to kneeling players.
In a statement from Fox Sports to Sports Illustrated, besides the London game, the National Anthem will not be aired live on Sunday.
Multiple NFL players were seen kneeling or standing arm and arm during the national anthem. Some teams chose to stay inside the locker room.

That ain’t going to make it go away. That just makes Fox complicit with the NFL.

Oh I figured most FReepers are not just letting you all know that Fox is selling out...again.
They keep reenforcing my decision to stop watching them.
Wouldn’t notice as the NFL is no longer available to me, no matter where I go. They have made it very easy for me to remove that switch.
Maybe Faux will play the BLM anthem (whatever that is).
From what I have read, the networks are doubling down on stupid: hiding the anthem and then later showing who disrespected it.
Fox will be soon airing the World Series. Will they delete it then too?
The players will have to take their protests to the field of play. I won’t see them, but can’t wait to hear about it.

They could play polkas for all I care. I don’t watch the NFL anymore.
If they wanted to do something, this was the wrong choice. A better choice would have been to go with what the networks decided to do wehn idiots started throwing smokebombs on the field or go streaking across it. Just don’t show it.
Close up on the flag and the singer, don’t show the players when they’re acting up.

Hm... The way I see it, Fox is not complicit, because they are not broadcasting the protests. So the players’ protests are meaningless and unseen by viewers. Either way, there will be no NFL seen on our TVs until the NFL and its players apologize for their appalling and idiotic behavior. Even if they do, I still may not care about them.
The islamidemocommucrats at nfl games? I’d think they’re the only ones there.
