I have stayed in the building a number of times. The lower section is a 20-24’ high ceiling style grand hall entry interior construction with single level interior construction things like restaurants, gift shops, etc. without opening window access but there are doors. The entire area above on the Strip facing side are the room floors with the continuous construction with the same fixed window panels all the way up.
