The problems is that we cannot trust information from the feds at all. There are too many political bases that they must obscure and Obama is still in effective control of most of the DOJ and its orgs as well as the intel orgs.

Yea. I don’t trust a thing the FBI says about anything. If they came to my door and I saw the felon running, I’d point the way. But anything else? Forget it. They lie all the time but if you make a mistake, its a process crime.

I have examined much of the video evidence (including the repetitive flashes at 4th floor level.

Botom line: the Mandalay Bay is a "glass curtain wall" building -- without openable windows. Paddock had to use a hammer to break the glass so that he could shout outside.

Show me broken glass at other locations -- and, then, I'll consider other shooting positions from the Mandalay Bay building.
