Look at the vid around the 4:58 mark. Muzzle flash very clearly visible coming from the center of the building 5 to 10 floors up.
It looks like a reflection from the glass to me.

That is NOT muzzle flashes... it’s a strobe light. It continues flashing when there’s no gun fire.
A police officer on the scanner recording of the incident confirmed it was a strobe light.
This is about the fifth thread claiming it’s muzzle flashes and it’s just NOT.
Yes I saw that too.
Although we have been told that’s a “strobe light”. Haha
