I can now confirm he WAS with Danley in Dubai, UAE in late May, 2016. They were also together in SE Asia in November, 2015.

I've seen reports that his companion/girlfriend was in Dubai (with Paddock or not, I don't recall) but saying it was nice but too hot.

But she said she would be returning in the future to visit a relative.

Seems doubtful this is significant since Dubai is a westernized nation.

But who knows for sure?
