The key there is the arced line just to the right of his mouth. Kinda like a crescent. Same exact arc. The long one out in his cheek. Runs up and down.
He also has a ‘turkey neck’ effect with the skin, which you can see in the pink hat guy when he turns to the side. Common though with older folks though, but seems really pronounced.
