Everything connected to SRS seems risky to me.
IMO it would be better to simply perform bilateral orchiectomy after saving some sperm for possible use later.
Then if the surgery were reversed you would simply need testosterone replacement and prosthetic testis.
Not perfect but I suppose a lot better than not being able to do an acceptable reversal.
I’ve scrubbed into gender reassignment surgeries. Gruesome and gave me some memories I’d rather note have.
