Well two differences. Yes he got to a high place where there aren’t bag checks. But that guy in Dallas had to be a good marksman. This guy didn’t really need to aim. And the Dallas guy had an idea who he was killing. He was not just after the crowd. He wanted specifically cops. I may be wrong but I don’t think this guy cared about country music fans.
