No, it is not a muzzle flash. I saw that on Fox and Friends this morning when a reporter was doing a live stand up from in front of the hotel. It is some sort of blinking strobe light, possibly the fire alarm.

That blinks in perfect synch with the sounds of gunfire?
Come on. I’m as quick as anyone to dismiss a conspiracy. But there is a second, driver’s phone that captures this as well.
Also, does ANYONE have any video of the muzzle flashes from the 32nd floor? I haven’t seen any yet.
Asking questions doesn’t imply being a “nutter.” It implies you want reasoned answers. This is no strobe. And it’s too far away to see if the window had been blown out.
I’m reminded of the JFK conspiracy where they finally got audio of FOUR “pops” in Dealey Plaza. They discovered three were the exact sound of Oswald’s gun, and a fourth was the sound of a motorcycle backfire. But they asked the question. (It also pretty conclusively disproved any other shooters).
