The Spanos are liars and lousy businessmen. for 15 years they lied to the City of San Diego, they leeched money at every opportunity from the fans and the City. They moved for the money. Team is more valuable in Los Angles than San Diego. Well they thought it would be. Now nobody wants this team wreck of a team. Horrible, horrible organization. That can’t miss move for more money right now is costing them everything they build or the NFL built in the past 56 years. Rot in the flames of hell.
I was saying the other night that when our local team the Bronocs come to us taxpayers tin-cupping for money to build a new stadium or other extravagant expenditures, that we remind everyone that players took a knee and get none of the taxpayers money. It will be a hard sell at that point if we can remember the disrespect. Maybe by that time the NFL will be defunct.
Unfortunately, the Broncos got a brand new stadium just a few years back so they are less likely to be begging for money or extorting money out of the city with threats of leaving.
