1. Seniors dont have to bathe every day
Bathing every day or every other day is fantastic, but not necessary. Even though most Americans are used to showering every single day, thats not a requirement for good health. At a minimum, bathing once or twice a week helps seniors avoid skin breakdown and infections.

It must be an individual thing. I am 51 year old woman in good health, average weight, haven’t gone through menopause yet. As it has been since I was thirteen years old, I f I don’t wash my hair EVERY single day, I look like a homeless person. So, I shower and shampoo every day. Trust me when I tell you that I would not look or smell better if I changed this routine. So...I think people should do what makes sense for themselves.
